Location
Nosara is located in the Nicoya Peninsula, 23 km south of the city of Santa
Cruz, a two-hour
drive from Liberia International Airport. A five-hour drive
from San Jose International Airport.
You may not need a car while you're here. You might consider taking a bus
or a taxi from the airport.

Bus:
From San Jose a direct bus (Alfaro) leaves from the Coca Cola station at 6:00am daily, otherwise
get a bus to Nicoya (several a day) and catch the last bus from Nicoya to Nosara at 3:00, if you
miss that one, get a taxi fom Nicoya. (Approximately $25)
From Liberia get a bus to Nicoya and then from Nicoya to Nosara.
