of the year. The water is warm and the waves are surf-able year round.

Not far from our resort, in the town of Nosara, the famous Nosara Yoga Institute
overlooks white sandy beaches. All levels of students come here to practice the
ancient art of centering body and mind through movement.
Energy workers are naturally drawn to Nosara and the Yoga Institute. Experience
